Can you provide limited access to Teams channel

Is it possible to add individuals to a private Teams channel but only grant them access to certain things? For instance, I want to give a group of individuals access to the Planner but not access to confidential Files.

    Add the group of individuals to the private channel you've created. This will give them access to that channel's conversations, files, and applications.

    And you can control access at the file level. When you upload a file to the private channel, you can set specific permissions for that file. You can restrict access to particular individuals or groups by adjusting the file's sharing settings.
