Error creating developer account

Dear all, good afternoon.

I have the following error below to create a developer account.

 We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason: Your phone number did not pass security checks. MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-d4d9-4357-8fd6-2a1b6dfe6ad9 Code: 40321 I have already used three other numbers, and the error persists. I'm taking the SC-200 Microsoft Security Operations Analyst course and I'm unable to do the practical part for that reason. I even tried with another email: ******@hotmail.com but also without success.

Can you help me on this issue?

please make sure that you have a proper internet connection. If it does not work with your current internet connection, please try to connect with another WLAN or internet connection such as 4G/5G hotspot and try again.
