Can't create new Developer Tenant

Hi,
I am unable to create a new Developer Tenant as my mobile phone number is used in a other Developer Tenant. I do not have access to that tenant/account anymore.
Is there a way to remove my mobile phone number from that old account (account is from a previous employee, and is deleted/blocked).
