Hello,

I am encountering an issue with Android Enrollment. I would like to enroll my Android device using the "Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices" option. However, when I attempt to register my device, I receive an error message stating: "Something went wrong. Please try again and then contact your organization's support if the problem continues." Interestingly, when I test the enrollment process with the same configuration and the same device on a different tenant, I do not encounter this issue.

Do you have any ideas why I am unable to register my device ?

Quentin

@Quentin Lainay, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

According to your description, we understand that you encounter an issue that one tenant can do Android Enrollment using “Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices” options, one can not do Android Enrollment using “Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices” options with the same device. I did some research about the issue, for the issue, here are some information you can check:

If all above you check is fine and you still can not enroll successfully , please open case to get support.

Here is a link about how to open case in Intune step by step:

Get support in the Microsoft Intune admin center - Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn

    Having a nice day!
