How to delete a azure subscription?

I am the last admin and user of a tenant and i cannot delete the subscription that produces costs

    Delete subscriptions

    1. Select your subscription on the Subscriptions page in the Azure portal.
    2. Select the subscription that you want to delete.
    3. At the top of the subscription page, select Delete.
    4. If necessary, type the name of the subscription and then select Delete.
