Like Tina, I don't have an option for "devices". I also don't have an option for "camera". Options include "Mobile Device", "Privacy", "Notifications and activity", "Appearance and accessibility". Below that I can select "Calendar, People, Pland and upgrades, Teams Insider program". Still no option for test call or any way to test my machine for Teams calls. Currently, it's NOT working.
Cannot find Devices under Settings in Teams
Hello,
I need to test that my camera works for Microsoft Teams, but there is nothing that says Devices under Settings next to my profile picture. I've tried closing and going back in but nothing.
Can someone please help me with this?
Thank you,
Tina Burris

2024-02-22T02:20:15.9766667+00:00 Hi guys,
I faced same issue. But I am managed to find the Device options through setting up a dummy meeting.
- Start a meeting with "Meet now"
- Once inside the meeting, click more -> Setting -> Device setting as shown below.
Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Stan

2023-08-10T08:01:58.53+00:00 It sounds like you're having trouble accessing your camera settings in Microsoft Teams. Here are some steps you can try:
- Make sure your camera is properly connected to your computer and turned on.
- Open Microsoft Teams and click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- If you don't see a "Devices" option, click on "Settings" instead.
- In the Settings menu, click on "Devices" on the left-hand side.
- Under "Camera," make sure your camera is selected as the default device.
- If your camera is not listed, try unplugging and re-plugging it in, or restarting your computer.
