how to fix when laptop boots after 5 miutes later it shows blue screen

hello.

when i start laptop its shows repairing driver and its allready at 100% also when boot the laptop after 5 minutes it shows blue screen with stope code : MEMORY MANAGEMENT

before that happend i downloaded updates from "driver booster 10 " but it didn't updated. and also took 3.6gb. so i needed space for reasons and i deleted with disk cleanup but after that it started showing blue screen stope code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT

how can i fit that issue.
