How do I retrieve a BitLocker key package from Intune

This article describes how to retrieve the Bitlocker key package for a Bitlocker-protected volume that has been saved to Active Directory. How can I retrieve a BitLocker key package that has been saved to Azure Active Directory on an Azure-joined device in an Intune environment?

(Note that a recovery key package is not the same thing as a recovery key. Key packages are used to recover data from damaged volumes.)

Honestly, I'm not familiar with BitLocker key package. Based on my search, I didn't find someone make it via intune. Please keep this post. Let's wait if someone else can share more helpful information.

Hi Harry,

there currently is no MS Graph API that allows for the retrieval of Bitlocker key package. There however does exist an an Intune API that you can retrieve the recovery key i.e.

GET /informationProtection/bitlocker/recoveryKeys/{bitlockeryRecoveryKeyId}?$select=key
