When trying to log into my school account on Microsoft Authenticator it won’t let me log in unless I type in the code displayed in the app. However there is no code displayed in the app and even if there was I wouldn’t be able to read it and sign in.

I’ve tried redownloading the app and using from my computer, and it still won’t work.

You'll need the school admins to reset the account then a new QR code can be generated with which you can link up the authentication device to the account.
