What version Firebase SDK is active on the Xamarin Firebase.Analytics v71.1630.4

Is anyone able to tell me what version of Firebase SDK is active on the Xamarin Firebase.Analytics v71.1630.4?

I have a client who recently upgraded to this version of Xamarin.Firebase.Analytics and does not have the latest features of the Firebase SDK.
