HELP! Microsoft Authenticator Recovery Issues

I recently restored my iPhone, upon reinstalling Microsoft’s Authenticator Application I am only seeing password recovered.
How do I get the app to recover/re-sync my backups of Authenticators?
They were set to backup to iCloud, and I can see a few of my backups listed from within the app’s recovery options window.
I did the same method for recovery as I have needed to recover before, but only this time has Microsoft Authenticator not successfully recovered my authenticators from my backups.
Any advice or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks.
