how to add account to microsoft authenticator without QR code?

Good morning,

I have a developer account which I basically use the office package. I had a problem on my PC and I had to reset it, when I went to reinstall Microsoft office 365 I couldn't log in, it asks for authentication using the Microsoft authenticator, and I did it the first time with a QR code, but now I I don't have the old cellphone anymore and on the new phone I can't put the account on the Microsoft authenticator, how to proceed where can I get a new QR code for that account to access it again through the new new cellphone.

Even when I put the login and password in the authenticator app, it asks to authenticate.

I have the email, domain and password, I would like to recover it because I have important things in one note.
