Is the resource: 'Microsoft.MachineLearningServices/registries' still in preview?

Based on the official documentation, the 'Microsoft.MachineLearningServices registries' is not in preview anymore:

But in the documentation where it allows to create it in IaC way, it is just possible to deploy in preview versions. ( type = 'Microsoft.MachineLearningServices/registries@2022-12-01-preview').

    Yes , when it will be GA the document will be updated , you can consider it as of now in transition
