pdf file name in sharpoint

Question

Dear Support team ,

We have some signed document that will generate an email , we will cc the email and attachments to a teams channel. So that we can store pdf in our company sharepoint site .

However we found out the pdf name will change in sharepoint if we send email to the sharepoint email .

The correct pdf name should be : "business-partner-declaration-on-sustainability-2023-testing-company-sherming-choi.pdf"

But after cc , we can see it only show the first 3 syllbols of the supplier name : “Tes” from “testing company.

 

We have checked if we upload it to the sharepoint manually , the pdf name is correct .

Can you please advise what should we do ?

According to your description, I don't know the reason of the problem. You can give more details about your operation to help us analyze the cause of the problem. And you can try to use Power Automate to solve this problem.

Hi Yanli ,

Sorry to get back you late . I have succeed by using Power Automate .

But I faced another question.

Currently , my workflow is our online Signature will cc our group mailbox . And then the attachement will go to sharepoint and post a message in our teams channel .

However , the workflow connection is all linked to my personal outlook/sharepoint/teams. It is hard to share the ownership with my teammates .

Is there anyway we can use our group email to login ? So that I can set up the flow by using group email .
