    Hello Stuart Waller,

Thank you for posting in our Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I understand there are two folders (folder1 and folder2) within every user profile, and you want to create the same folder2023 within folder1 for every user.

If so, you can try set one GPO for your requirement:

    Use Computer Configurations

1.Put users clients into one OU.

    2.Create a GPO and edit Computer Configurations\Preferences\Windows Settings\Forlers\right click Folders\New Folders

    3.Link this GPO to OU.

    Or use User Configurations

1.Put users accounts into one OU.

    2.Create a GPO and edit User Configurations\Preferences\Windows Settings\Forlers\right click Folders\New Folders

    3.Link this GPO to OU.

    Action: Create

    Path: C:\Users%username%\folder1\folder2023

    folder

4.Update GPO setting on client machines by restarting client machines.

Hope the information above is helpful. If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Daisy Zhou
