Cannot Access Volume Licensing Interface

Apologies for my vast confusion. I have been trying to access the Microsoft Volume Licensing interface so I can check how many licenses remain for our account, and possibly upgrade to a new version of Office. Through many menus and sign ins I was brought to Azure and the Microsoft 365 admin center. Still, I have no way of accessing the Volume Licensing Interface. Could someone please assist me? I was even ostensibly given the ability to create a support ticket but it only resulted in automatic responses that were not helpful.

    That works now, in spite of the fast that I had tried it many times before without it working. It was only after logging in via Edge instead of Chrome that it started working, so maybe this is an example of Microsoft not playing nicely with Google.
