SCCM Not deploying software to all group members

Hello,

I have an issue with an Application deployment that is deployed to an AD User Group. Most of the folks can see the deployment in Software Center just fine. There are a couple that do not. I found those user's computers in SCCM and they are the Primary User of those computers. When I go into the Properties of those computers, under the Deployments tab, the Application is not listed, even when the user is logged in.

I even tried building a Deployment that Requires Approval, then using Insall Application from the Assets and Compliance -> Devices view. Still, it will not install.

What do I need to do to troubleshoot this issue?

Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi, @Curt Alford

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

It's possible that the affected users' computers are not properly receiving user policies from Configuration Manager. You may want to check the PolicyAgent.log file on the affected computers to see if there are any relevant entries.

And check if the clients that are internet-based or joined to Azure Active Directory (Azure AD):
