The domain was blocked by an edge smart screen.

    For the SmartScreen block issue, just like Wenying Lu said in the previous thread, you can report the site as a safe site. You can also submit files to Microsoft Defender SmartScreen for review.

    For the business support, I think Microsoft has several support plans. You can refer to this page for more information.

    For service like Safe Browsing, do you mean if you can check site status? If so, AFAIK, Microsoft doesn't have such service.
