The domain was blocked by an edge smart screen.

1. Why does a subsite affect other site?
The answer recommended business support.
1. If I want a more detailed answer, is it only possible to get support through Business Support?

For the SmartScreen block issue, just like Wenying Lu said in the previous thread, you can report the site as a safe site. You can also submit files to Microsoft Defender SmartScreen for review.

For the business support, I think Microsoft has several support plans. You can refer to this page for more information.

For service like Safe Browsing, do you mean if you can check site status? If so, AFAIK, Microsoft doesn't have such service.

It's hard to see which sites are blocked, and many sites are not able to submit one by one.

Non-phishing sites are also being blocked.

Is there any way to unblock them?

I want to effort solution.

I want to coordinate with MS technical support for a quick resolution.

Hi @kim kwanghee

You can directly open a support ticket from B link. But you said you failed to create a ticket in your previous comment and want to get more information about the subscription to Business Support, that's why I send you A link.

The most sufficient way to fix this is to open a 1:1 support ticket. For the blocked logs, I don't have access to such information.

I'm not an expert for opening support ticket, I suggest you refer to the FAQs in A link. Or just try to contact via Global Customer Service phone numbers.

If they're under the same domain, I think you can only report the domain as safe and mention that the subdomains need to be included.

Here we don't have access to remove your sites from SmartScreen block list, the only way we can suggest is to report the site to be safe.

The blocked screen appears and disappears.

I think we can only report when we see the blocked screen. Sorry, I don't know the state of the ticket.
