I've got two MS Forms that need to update a single row in a sharepoint list using power automate

I've got two MSForms that need to both write to the same Sharepoint list.
However, I'm unable to configure my flow to accept the 2nd form an update the same row as the first Form.

I understand that it might be possible to use an "IF" statement, but I'm still unable to achieve a result.

Any tips would be much appreciated.
