Why the condition getting false in Logic App

I am getting all the validation checked, but the condition is unsatisfactory while creating the Logic app for app registration expiration secrets.
These are the conditions.
One of the secrets will expire, but I am still not getting why this is not working.

MayankBargali-MSFT 70,991 Reputation points Moderator2023-08-11T05:02:27.5366667+00:00 @Jatin Lingwal Thanks for reaching out. This is the expected behavior that your Send an email (V2) action will not run if your condition is false, so you get the expected behavior as per your second screenshot.
Have you looked into the individual values in your workflow for the expression that you have specified in the condition and whether you are comparing it correctly?
The other reason I could think about if you have validated the value that value are dependent on other variable that you are setting inside the for_each action and you are not running the for_each in the sequential order. You can try to set the Degree of parallelism to 1 under the setting of for_each action.
