I doubt there are noticeable differences, but the server manufacturer will have recommendations and possibly some sort of stats to look at.

Hello! I am writing Question about this Because Recenly while Testing Windows Server 2022 it had Some performance drops. (Host PC has 16GB DDR4 RAM, 512 GB SSD, 4 cores & 8 threads & 2.50 Ghz of some kind of speed.) and My Question is: Is Windows Server 2019 Better than Windows Server 2022 at Performance on Virtual Machines or they have same performance on vm's. (Note: I Have Tried both 4 & 8 GB ram & 2-4 Cores or thread allocation on Vmware but something is not right & 1-2 GB Vram(graphics ram allocation) "Maybe if it is possible then, Windows Server users(who have experience with WinServer) can probably answer to this question"! Thank you for Answer in advance! (Update: Allocated 4GB of RAM, 2 Processors, 52GB of Storage & 1 GB of Graphics Memory to Server 2019 & No Performance Drops) even after updating OS on VMware but ( 8 GB of RAM, 4 Processors, 65 GB of Storage & 3GB of Graphics Memory is Still Not Enought For Server 2022).
I doubt there are noticeable differences, but the server manufacturer will have recommendations and possibly some sort of stats to look at.

Maybe I made a wrong choice by Purchasing Server 2022 License Instead of 2019.
You can ask the seller about downgrade product keys.
