I did the free renewal back in June (2 months ago) for my Azure administrator associate exam and got an email saying:
Microsoft Certification ID: 14788373Hi *******,Congratulations! You successfully renewed your Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification. The expiration date of your certification has been updated to November 2 2024 11:59PM (UTC).I'm getting new emails asking me to renew again and it is expiring in November 2023, but it was extended to 2024.
The update did show back then but is missing again. It's been two months. I've cleared my cache and also used a different browser to check up on this. I wouldn't have received emails asking me to renew again if that was the issue.

I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.
