PC waking up on it own

My Windows 10 only recently decided to wake up on its own. I'm at my wit's end.
(Disclaimer, apologies if I go into too much information. I figure this may help others in the future.)

Things I've tried:

Going through ALL my devices in "Device Manager", specifically "Network Adapters" and checking if "Allow this device to wake the computer" is unticked. All were still unticked from the last time I had this issue years ago.
Going into Advanced power setting in Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Power Options>Edit Plan Settings and disabling wake timers. Again, it was already disabled from the last time I had this issue.

So I looked up more solutions online and I believe I have found the problem. The thing is, the solutions I've found online don't explain what to do next once I've found the issue. I'm at a dead end.
Here's what I did and what I've found. PC waking up

I have looked through Event Viewer.
Clicked on "Windows Logs" > "System" on the left, then on the right side, I clicked on "filter current log..." and in the "event sources" drop-down menu, I looked for and ticked "Power-Troubleshooter" then "Ok"
The last time my PC woke was on its own, so I highlighted the top result. Under it, it sort of tells me the time and date, with a bit of gibberish I don't understand, and the "Wake Source" being "Device -USB Composite Device".

I've also confirmed this by opening "Command Prompt" as admin. Pasting the commands;
powercfg -lastwake
&
powercfg -waketimers
(ignore the bottom Command Prompt window, I didn't realize it was irrelevant until after I took the screenshot. The top Command Prompt window already lists the same information. I did a derp.)

It again lists the culprit, "Device -USB Composite Device", but I don't know what to do with any of the other information or how to find and fix the problem from here. This is the extent of my knowledge, and most of it thus far is from my following Google search results. I can't find any solutions past this point. Please help.

Also, under powercfg -waketimers Command Prompt result it says something about expiring 6.30pm tonight.
Will this problem fix itself? That's a little more than 1hr of writing this message.
I hope that's the case, but super infuriating if this is something that just happens now on Windows.

Hello John,

The "Instance Path" in the output produced by powercfg -lastwake contains a VID (Vendor ID) of 1A86 (Nanjing Qinheng Microelectronics Co., Ltd.) and a PID (Product ID) of E026; Web searches indicate that this PID might be "foot switches" or "foot pedals" (not a type of device that I had been aware of before).

Do you have anything like this attached to your system?

Yes actually! It's a cheap USB foot pedal I use for push-to-talk in games. It's mapped to the "B" key on my keyboard. It does the job super well.
If that is the problem, I guess I'll have to unplug it and see if that does the trick.
Though I would like to keep it if at all possible and somehow disable it when I put my PC to sleep or hibernate.
Funny how it's only now started to act up. I've never had an issue with it until now.

So I'd done some poking around in my Device Manager to see if I can pin down that USB foot pedal so I can keep it plugged in. But I have found that all these devices mention it under the events tab after right-clicking properties on everyone that I've marked. It's possible I have missed some. "USB*VID_1A86*&PID_E026\6&155c153a&0&3".

I have only checked the categories I've down-arrowed.
I have also double-checked if any of those were ticked to wake up the PC (if they have that option), as far as I can tell, only the 2 that were ticked were the "HID Keyboard Device" and the "HID-compliant mouse".
I'm not positive that any of these devices are related to that USB foot pedal. It's a little scary that so many devices that mention it. I hope I'm overthinking things and this is normal.

I'm not sure if this info helps my case in any way. But thought I'd through it out there.

Hello John,

I think that the information displayed on the Events tab is just an filtered extract from a larger pool of events that might be relevant. The "filter" might just be something like "HID". I don't think that all of the devices that show this event are "linked" to your foot pedal.

Ah, that puts my mind at ease a bit.
Anyways, I tested my PC in hibernate last night without the foot paddle. Looks like we nailed it.
It's such a shame I still couldn't find a way to disable it in Device Manager. I'll have to buy a USB hub with a toggle switch on it or something.
