It worked for me when i removed the cookie for the specific site by clicking on the "lock" symbol by the URL
site started working fine!

Hi, I am having a problem with Edge. When I access to a website(this website was accessible before) it shows that the page is not accessible. At first I thought it was a problem with my network, but other devices under the same network can access it normally. So I decided it was a browser issue and then I downloaded chrome to test it. That's right, Chrome works fine.
What settings in Edge restrict access to websites? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Could you please share some screenshots when you access the website and the Edge version with us?
You could try to access the website in InPrivate mode, or clear cache and cookies in Edge to check if the issue persists.
In addition, you could follow the steps below to check the permissions settings on the website.
- Open Edge.
- Navigate to the website you want to access.
- Click the Lock icon next to the website link in the address bar.
- Click the Permissions for this site option.
- Check the drop-down menus under that site. Or Click Reset permissions to check the issue.

Thanks for the information.
According to the error code "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET", you could try doing the following things for troubleshooting:
- Reset your Edge browser. Go to "edge://settings/reset", click "Reset" then restart your edge and check the issue.
- Check your VPN. If you are using a VPN, trying to turn it off for minutes then turn it back on and check if the issue persists. Alternatively, change your VPN to other regions then check the issue.
- Reset your TCP/IP settings through command line.
Enter the following commands one by one. Each line is a different command — so type one in, hit Enter, and move on to the next one:
Netsh winsock resetNetsh int ip resetIpconfig /releaseip/config /renewIpconfig /flushdns - Disable your antivirus and firewall following this doc:
- Disable your proxy server. Click Start> Type "Internet Options">Go to the Connections tab and select the LAN setting option> Uncheck all options > Click OK.
