Azure configuration for attributes & Backlog Hierarchy

Question

Hello, dear colleagues,

My question:

1. Is it possible to change the attributes label in the Azure Devops environment? (e.g: I want to change the "Epic" label to "Sub-project" which in the item board).
2. Does it possible to set customize work item and backlog hierarchy? (e.g: In the basic hierarchy, only have 3 level as "Epic","issue" & "Task"; I want to build up 5 customized work item & hierarchy.)
