Hello,
I have several devices connected in MFA to a single office 365 account, I use the Microsoft Authenticator application on all devices but when connecting, the double authentication request appears on all devices. Is it possible to put only one device and the others as secondary?

No, at least not currently. You can however disable notifications on the device/app - if needed you can still login via said device by opening the Authenticator app and checking for any pending requests therein (or use code as the method).
