Connection test failed: SELECT command error: BAD [b'User is authenticated but not connected.']

Question

hello,

imap access via our CRM suddenly stopped working with error: Connection test failed: SELECT command error: BAD [b'User is authenticated but not connected.']

This happens on the two needed mailboxes.

I checked/tried the following:

App permissions:

Imap is enabled on the user:

License on the user:

Can someone please help me out?

i figured it out, i needed to login with the user and not the admin during the connection between odoo and outlook.

Have you checked if the user has MFA enabled? It should be disabled for IMAP access.

Issue Symptom:

Solution:

I figured it out, i needed to login with the user and not the admin during the connection between odoo and outlook.

Hi, I have the same problem! All acess are enabled and permissions activated but getting always this error?

Maybe the problemin IMAP Settings?
