Just double checking that Azure does not have VM for their 1 year free that will work with Windows. B1s only has 1GB of RAM

VM's don't need as much memory as a physical machine. You can create a windows 11 b1 machine. but a server image would generally be more efficient. It depends on your use case if 1 gb will work. b1 vm's are for small workloads.

I tried to spin up a free Win 11 instance today, and it was almost unusable. I keep getting disconnected.
