Aplicacion con Windows Forms con clickonce como metodo de actualizacion pide instalar cada vez que se abre

Tengo una aplicacion windows forms donde ocupo click once como metodo de instalacion, se noto que con las actualizaciones recientes de windows, cada que se abre la aplicacion o cuando se deja de ocupar por horas, pide la instalacion de nuevo en el equipo o comienza a fallar al generar reportes (report viewer).

Hicimos pruebas abriendo la aplicacion directamente desde la carpeta de instalacion, y ahi no tenemos fallas.

¿Sera por alguna actualizacion de windows?

    Yes, your suspicion is correct. This issue could be related to a recent Windows update, specifically KB5028244. After installing this update, apps deployed using ClickOnce might begin to prompt for installation even when the ClickOnce apps are already installed and marked as “trusted”.

    A temporary workaround for this issue is to uninstall the impacted ClickOnce application and reinstall the application again. However, Microsoft has acknowledged this issue and they will address it via a Known Issue Rollback (KIR).
