Azure Container Apps Connection Time Out

I have an azure Container apps successfully deployed to azure. It pulls image from a container Registry.
Container Image: Mirth

Ingress is enabled on the Container App . With Port 8843.
When I run the Log Stream I am successfully Connected. However I am trying to connect the Container App generated endpoint from a Mirth Launcher Application and getting Connection timed out issue with no information.

I have Port 8843 on NSG configured as well. Container app is configured to Allow connection from any network.
Not sure what is causing this not to work.
