How can users view advanced permissions and personnel in permission groups?

In Sharepoint, users are given reading permissions, but users cannot view groups in this way. How can users view advanced permissions and personnel in permission groups?

This is by design. If you use the default permission level, only Full Control permission can view advanced permissions and personnel in permission groups.

There is another way, you can customize a permission level.
