an unexpected error has occurred during a password set operation
"ERR_:MMS(1028): ..\ma.cpp(8531):ExportPasswordset Failed with 0x80230709 Forefront udenity Manager 4.4.1302.0
After I change the AD password, the password cannot be synchronized to Notes,
Looking at the Log, I feel that it is a problem of MIM throwing to Powershell. How to solve it?

Are you using the Notes connector provided by MS?
Also, you are on the SP1 version of MIM (November 9, 2016), it's a bit out-of-date.
