can I use the ChatGPT API for commercial use

I have set up a website connected to the ChatGPT API requested from Azure. Can I give it to someone and earn money from them?

    @wei shen Azure OpenAI has a code of conduct policy in place along with Responsible AI principles that need to be adhered to. In simple terms, you cannot monetize by using the Azure OpenAI service with content prohibited in the Code of Conduct policy. If you are using the service that is within limits of the code of conduct policy and responsible AI principles you can monetize your application for commercial use. I hope this helps!!
