Deploying Github Enterprise

I have been tasked with deploying Github Enterprise in our organization. I've been looking at Github guides and most of them talk about configuring in Github, I am unclear on how to deploy the product itself. We've activated some partner benefit licence, and I can see Github Enterprise under Integrated Apps (available apps). If I click this, it links me off to Teams admin but thats not telling me anything further.

We've got 20 licenses available in Partner benefits currently, but I'm not clear how to assign these.

I tried adding Github Ent into my Teams, and linked it to a Team but it was asking a bunch of stuff about setting up a connector to Github which lost me at this point.

I assume I need to 'Get Apps' and the product in Integrated Apps. But from there on I am not clear where to start, any advice appreciated
