    Hi @Zhou, Jack

For our better research, can you provide details of what changes you made?

To troubleshoot the missing Teams Outlook add-in, please try these steps:

    1. Please install or upgrade Teams, and then restart Outlook for the same account to get the latest add-ins.
    2. Please check if the meeting policy correctly enables the Outlook add-in, Run tests: Teams Add-in Missing in Outlook. After you change the meeting policy options, wait 48 hours for them to take effect.

3.If the Service Diagnostic indicates no issues, diagnose and correct any client issues on the affected user machines by downloading and running the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant > Teams Outlook Add-in Scenario.

For more details about resolving issues with Teams Meeting add-in for Outlook, you can refer to: Resolve issues with Teams Meeting add-in for Outlook - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn.

    Hope this helps!
