Does reinstalling VPS lose the license for Windows Server 2022 Standard – 16 Core License Pack?

Hi,

For example, I bought a license of Windows Server 2022 Standard – 16 Core License Pack and installed and activated it on a VPS (Virtual Private Server). Some time later this VPS crashed and I had to reinstall it. Now can I use the key Windows Server 2022 Standard – 16 Core License Pack purchased to reactivate this VPS?

Shouldn't be a problem. You can;

slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
slmgr /ato
