Based upon the information
Please check if there is any issues while you are in safe mode
From the Start Menu:
Click on the "Start" button (Windows icon) located at the bottom-left corner of your screen.
Click on the "Power" icon.
While holding down the "Shift" key on your keyboard, click on "Restart."
and then check if the hardware error is there or not
Also please check the disk using
Press Windows key + S, type "PowerShell," right-click on "Windows PowerShell," and select "Run as administrator."
In the PowerShell window, type the following command and press Enter:

Repair-Volume -DriveLetter C
Replace "C" with the drive letter you want to check.
or chkdsk
and hit enter
if the issue still there
Open Settings:
Press Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
Access the Recovery Options:
In the Settings app, click on "Update & Security," then select "Recovery" from the left sidebar.
Choose Reset this PC:
Under the "Reset this PC" section, click on the "Get started" button.
Choose an Option:
You'll be presented with two options:
Keep my files: This option will remove apps and settings but keep your personal files intact.
Remove everything: This option will remove all of your personal files, apps, and settings.
Select the "Keep my files" option.
and check if the issue is solved.
