Can't remove Azure Lab Services-related resources

A few days ago, I created a Lab plan and two Labs that, for some reason, did not deploy correctly - I could not create virtual machines for the students. I wanted to remove the resources associated with these labs, but still "Virtual network", "Load balancer" and "Public IP address" remain in my "Resource group". I can't remove them myself because I get an error that they are used by some resource from an Azure subscription that I don't have access to at all, e.g. /subscriptions/feacef9e-8721-4c4a-8e39-7314a283073f/resourceGroups/rg-1220a035-e5f2-4d6e-a208-0c960bcc8c79/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachineScaleSets/vmss-template

In virtual network I see connected device "vmss-template (instance 1)", but when I click on it I end with 401:

You do not have authorization to access this resource. Resource ID: /subscriptions/feacef9e-8721-4c4a-8e39-7314a283073f/resourceGroups/rg-1220a035-e5f2-4d6e-a208-0c960bcc8c79/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachineScaleSets/vmss-template Status Message: The access token is from the wrong issuer 'https://sts.windows.net/...'. It must match the tenant 'https://sts.windows.net/33e01921-4d64-4f8c-a055-5bdaffd5e33d/' associated with this subscription. Please use the authority (URL) 'https://login.windows.net/33e01921-4d64-4f8c-a055-5bdaffd5e33d' to get the token. Note, if the subscription is transferred to another tenant there is no impact to the services, but information about new tenant could take time to propagate (up to an hour). If you just transferred your subscription and see this error message, please try back later.

I only found that this tenant is probably owned by Azure: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/453492/issue-with-storage-account-)free-subscription-upgrfree-subscription-upgr)

I do not have a paid technical support subscription and am on Open subscription. Does anyone know where and to whom I can report this problem to get these resources removed? I have tried deleting mine and those blocking resources via CLI with "force", but both options fail.

    Hi Anderzej-

I wanted to let you know that the VMSS resources have now been deleted on our side. You should now be able to delete all other lab related resources.

Let us know if you still run into issues.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
