Hi @JKE, could you please explain more of your situation? Would you like to migratie content from one to a whole different mailbox?
Do the source email address and the destination email address need to be the same email address when using the MS Exchange admin migration tool?

If the goal is to migrate emails of a gmail account to a Microsoft 365 account and if you have license for Outlook for Windows client, you can simply do this by exporting and importing pst files via Outlook.
This method doesn't require the source and target email addresses to be the same one.
You may need to create two profiles for each mailbox (gmail and Microsoft 365 mailbox), or configure these two mailboxes in a same profile.
How to export/impot pst files:
export mailboxes to pst files in Outlook: Export or backup email, contacts, and calendar to an Outlook .pst file
import pst files into mailboxes in Outlook: Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file
