When i try to login to the Azure portal it returns this error.

The selected user account does not exist in the "Microsoft Services" tenant and cannot access the application "74658136-14ec-4630-ad9b-26e160ff0fc6". First, the account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant. Use a different account.

I understand that when you're trying to login to the Azure Portal, you're running into the error message above. To hopefully help point you in the right direction or resolve your issue, I'll share my findings below.

    Findings:

When looking into your error message, I noticed that there are a few potential causes for this and to gain a better understanding of your issue:

    • Were you able to login to the Azure Portal with this user before?
    • If you've been able to login previously, can you try to login in using a private browsing session?
    • Are you able to share any login details to include a Correlation ID or timestamp? Keep in mind PII.

If your user belongs to multiple tenants, you can try to navigate to the specific tenant using one of the URLs below.

#Note: If you're still having issues, please try this from a private browsing session
