Problem with connection due to connecting by internet in OnVUE

Question

Yesterday, I tried to take PL - 300 examination at 4:15 PM ALMT time or AST (that is Kazakhstan time). I was prepared and had everything like prepared room, my ID, and good internet connection. However, my electricity before 20 minutes in my Microsoft PL - 300 examination turned off due to of near explosion's of building. I connected my phone's internet and there was first challenge like update of OnVUE. Fortunately, I did it and my electricity turned on. The second challenge, the app didn't accept my internet during hour. From 4 PM till 5 PM I tried to do it. I couldn't predict this case and so disappointed about it. My question is can I ask re-schedule my examination?

If you would like, I can attach evidence including timestamps of events and screenshots confirming the problems I am having. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support in this matter. Please advise me what steps I should take to reschedule the exam or resolve this situation.
