Was my company able to spy on my personal computer Office activity? Advice needed.

Hi,

Any help I receive on this would be much appreciated!

I have Windows 10 Home (21H2), and Office Professional Plus 2016 - these are both my personal purchases/licences.

However, I made the mistake of logging in to my company MS Account using my personal computer (to access my company Onedrive - for work purposes of course), not realising that because of this, I had also logged in to my personal MS Office using my company account.

It was only after some time that I realised how, under the 'File / Account' section of MS Word, the User was showing as my company account - and in addition, a number of Connected Services to my company account were also present. I have since logged out, returning back to my personal.

My question is, will my company have been able to see my Office activities on my personal computer as a result of this? e.g. being able to observe the documents I'm opening, or the actual contents of them? Even though they were made and written under my personal Office licence.

Thank you for any help on this. I'm worried that I've unknowingly shared confidential information through MS Word and Excel (but thankfully, I didn't call my boss a d*ck within any of my docs! Phew haha...)

Kind Regards,

Ryan

If you saved them to the work onedrive then yes they would have access to the files.
