When a customer sets up an appointment using bookings, the appointment shows up twice on my Outlook calendar.
Does this issue only occur to appointments booked through the Bookings page? I mean, there's no issue on normal meetings or appointments created in Outlook or OWA, right?
Based on your description, I tried testing in my lab by creating a shared booking page (following this link) and then set up a meeting though it but cannot reproduce the issue.
Given this, below are some steps which may help troubleshoot the issue for your reference:
- Check your calendar in OWA and see if the issue persist.
- If the booking calendar has some other members, check if they are also affected by the problem.
- Try creating a new booking page and see how it goes. This help narrow down whether it's an issue with this specific booking page.
By the way, since the problem also involves Bookings whichs is currently not yet supported in Microsoft Q&A, I'd recommend trying to post to the dedicated community for Microsoft Bookings via https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/bd-p/MicrosoftBookings, so that community users there can also look into it and can possibly shed some lights on this issue.
