I was pressing random keys on my keyboard while testing if all my keys worked or not and I accidentally opened some settings where it shows the keys I press on the bottom. I don't have any type of software that could do something like this besides maybe razer synapse? but the issue occurs with any other keyboard I try. I've searched online everywhere and I cant seem to find how to turn it off. pls helpScreenshot 2023-08-15 191827

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

It looks that you have Installed some keyboard utility which shows the pressed Keys.

Please try to Open Task Manager -> Go to Processes Tab -> Try to find any matching utility -> Right Click -> End task and see if stopped.

I had this exact same issue. It happened due to me sleeping next to my laptop and pressing some keys in my sleep. I was looking through the processes in my task manager and just found out it was a screen recorder (iTop screen recorder, to be exact) causing the issue. The program has a feature called "Enable KeyStroke Visualisation" for which the default hotkey is "Alt +K" which can be used to toggle this feature.

Just press "Alt + K" and its should go away.

if it doesnt, just quit that program using task manager.

IGNORE the (relatively daft) "answer" provided by LT/Limited Technology (obviously, they ARE rather limited). Scroll down and read ARUN PRABHAKAR's answer for a simple, sweet, elegant solution:

    Press "ALT" + "K".

    done.
