Hello! I am from Ukraine and because of war there can be no access to the internet connection, mobile connection, no lights. People who have windows here don't want to use get help. It is not convenient for us. I always used troubleshoot to fix my problems. And now I can't do it. I want to cry. Why do you do it to us? I don't know how to fix an error in get help without internet connection. How to use your get help? (it is complicated for me) Why can't I just fix everything as earlier?
