Does Microsoft have a platform to support continuous performance management?

OKRs are captured within Viva Goals, but as far as I can tell, continuous performance management isn't.

Betterworks.com looks excellent, but it in effect replaces Viva Goals.

Ideally, I'd keep OKRs and continuous performance management together, within Microsoft.
