What are the system requirements for windows server 2022 server in two tier PKI hierarchy ?

We are going upgrade windows server 2012 R2 CA server to windows server 2022 server two tier PKI hierarchy so for that we need to now what are the recommended system requirements for the server.

User count - 43000+

existing certificates in windows server 2012 R2 - 97000+

    Also any latest Dell or HP or any other Server with Windows 2022 should be sufficient for PKI For example 32GB RAM, 250 GB HD ,16 core processor.
