unable to create MYSQL database in Qatar region

We need a Mysql database in Qatar region but due to provision limitation we are unable to create database

As I understand, you are not able to create Azure Database for MySQL Flexible Server in Qatar Central region.

As suggested by Rahul, please file a support ticket for to enable it for your subscription and in case if you don't have a support plan, do let us know here so that we can check on other options to unblock you.

Thank you for your response.
We do have subscription for Qatar,do we have any other alternative apart from requesting to support ticket. Can we do it by ourselves?

The backend team has to allocate capacity to your subscription, and this process involves the support team's involvement.
If you have a support plan, please initiate a support case and provide us with the case number.
If you don't have a support plan, inform us here so we can explore different ways to assist you.

Qatar Central regions is available as seen on:

As your Subscription is not allowed to provision, I would recommend opening a support case with Azure Billing/Subscription.
