Export email addresses instead of names from SharePoint list

Question

When exporting a SharePoint list to .csv, the columns type "Person or Group" used to be exported as email addresses. Now it exports their names instead. How do I get it to export the email addresses again?

Hi @Matt ,

According to my research and testing, you can make the following modifications before exporting the csv file:

1. Go to List Settings, find the column you want to operate in the Columns section, and click to enter the page for editing the column.
2. In the Additional Column Settings section-->Show field, change the Name(with presence) to E-Mail and save it.

After completing the above modifications, export the e-mail address again. After exporting, you can choose whether to change the field value back to Name(with presence) according to your situation.
