What does this error mean?

I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate for the first time and when I try to set up my first step to connect to an Excel spreadsheet on One Drive I am prompted to Sign in to create a connection to Excel Online (OneDrive), but I keep getting this error message:

Failed to create connection for connection id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_excelonline/connections/shared-excelonline-1000e9ca-079a-432e-bb73-aa67d37901ca'. The environment data loss prevention policies for environment: '0f29a956-7779-e918-bbdc-9bf0c3f71d07' could not be found.

What does this mean and what do I need to do to fix it and move forward?

I am signed in to Excel Online and Microsoft 365 as far as I can tell.

Thanks!

Log in to the Power Platform Admin Center (admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com) using the same Microsoft account associated with your Power Automate.

Next, Go to "Environments" and select the environment mentioned in the error message (environment ID: '0f29a956-7779-e918-bbdc-9bf0c3f71d07'), and check if there are any data loss prevention policies configured for this environment. If policies are configured, review them to ensure they are not causing conflicts with creating connections.
